2 weeks in Sg feels like a lifetime!

It's mostly quiet here.

If you want to make noise, you should have enough dollars.

But managing expenses is tough. Really tough, especailly if you've been a spendthrift. I've been managing my expenses, but strangely an unforeseen circumstance cuts right through my pocket. It's not easy living in an hostel, you need to put up with the hygiene of other uneducated girls and strangely in singapore everywhere you go it's spic and span, but when you look inside it's hostels, it's less than perfect.

It rains here in April when it's sweltering heat in India, Singapore's heat is unbearable. It's so hot, that you need to hydrate yourself with juices and water continuously. Do you know here water is expensive than soft drinks? Funny right? And if I tell you Singapore doesn't have enough water, it imports water from Malaysia, has its reservoirs, and little streams they call rivers and one more technique which is they have such amazing technology that they've successfully managed to convert drainage water into pure drinking water.

The culture here is very open, singapore functions as per the law and strangely its so clean there are just no heritage places. I plan to visit a few museums though. Hopefully I'll need art in this bustling craziness of singapore, wher boys wear party haircuts on their formals and girls wear underwear shorts while going to college. Aunts look like supermodels and old men, well look like old men.

:)

Love,
