You can't force anyone for anything. Things just happen. It's our heart's will that it moves so swiftly and in a bid it injures us, but we laugh and we cry and we dust ourselves and stand upright, pursuing the laughter, the happiness.
Alice was like that, a wanderer. Meeting new people, striking friendships and moving along. Life should be like that, a constant excitement. Everything is temporary. When we understand its essence, things become simple and easy.
Sometimes it suddenly dawns on you that we try to hard. Maybe in this competitive world, we really want the best. There are some things that just come naturally, like saplings grow into strong plants if you nurture them right. You learn a craft, by perfecting the basics. It's all elementary, as Sherlock says. It's better to believe that we get the rocky terrain in life because it's god testing our strength. Our patience.
