Singapore - Malaysia

Sometimes, the most I really want to do is spend my day on a beach clicking pictures, just go on clicking..the sky, the blue blue sky, the soft grains of sand, the waves as they sigh on the shore, the whiteness of the froth and the wetness of the sand, the white and blue sky, the scorching sun, the starfish and the lovely lovely clean shells....all this in my mind, of that day, a memory to keep, of silhouettes and of wholesomeness, that belongs to me. Just me and that day..what a memory.

Went to Malaysia today. Just over the border. It was really tiring. So tiring I can't believe. It just exhausted my person. But I brought beautiful shoes. I love them, I do. I had Indonesian food, Krapu and of course tiger prawns and a pepper crab. Delicious indeed. But quite a ride, I say.

I've been reading Jean-Paul Sartre. Trying to forget a lot of things. But I guess, I feel good about putting a story in my head and it started with Sartre's The Wall. A short story. About how much we value our life, our presence in it. The people in it. Something, really. When you would have felt it, you would live it, not just meander with nothingness.

It's good to be alone. You have the freedom as a bird...flitting from tree to tree, no one asking you anything. No one telling you what to do. Just you and your conscience. Isn't it already bad enough?
