Yup. Today was our presentation. All dressed in crisp stripes and ties, buckled up, ready to run the show. We did very well actually. A grades. Awesome. I cooked a bread banana and lychee pudding. Turned out quite awesome, with lip smacking yoddle for "So good". I'm glad they liked it. I like cooking actually, I try to cook some yummy stuff just like this each time. This time sounded just right for some pudding right after our presentations. Topped it with ice-cream and it was ready, it seemed to be loved by my friends, and I feel good now.
Next time, will be something nice too. Something that I can whip up!
Just to remember the recipe, in case I don't forget either, this is how it goes:
Banana and Lychee Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs
Self raising flour one cup
Milo chocolate powder one cup
Lychee and Banana syrup 3 cups (syrup recipe)
Nutella - 4 spoonfuls
Bread cut in squares/ maybe a baguette
Raisins or any dry fruits
Recipe
For Banana and lychee syrup
Take 4 bananas and 5 lychees, dice them, either into squares but of equal size, then add butter in a pan and let it heat, add the bananas and lychees now, and let them cook for a while, add soem sugar, one and half cup and add to the mixture and then add water. Let the mixture boil and keep it on the side.
For the pudding
Take the 3 eggs, add them to a bowl, whip them till they are lovely smooth. Now, take the self raising flour and the chocolate powder and whip it with the eggs. Now, take the banana and lychee syrup and add to the mixture, take some nutella and apply it on the bread, now cut the bread into squares. Add it to the mixture. Now, take the mixture and add some raisins to it. Now, mix it nicely.
Use microwave on high and keep the mixture in it for 10 minutes, every 3 minutes you can whip the mixture to see if its cooking well. Now, take the mixture after the second time you've checked and leave it for 5 minutes to let it cook on its own. The sel-fraising flour will make it puffy and it will be done very nicely.
Serve with cream or ice-cream if you prefer.
Simply Yum!
