Now officially begins my diwali break! Whoopie..not that I know what I'm gonna do besides shopping, but catch up with a few friends, who had disappeared between my deadlines, paperwork, and brainstorming sessions. Now as the torrid rain of busyness has simmered, I see their phone calls, range from persistent whispering to a resounding alarm :) Yes, and that brings a smile to my face. Ah the sound of a familiar voice and a familiar face in this cloudy traffic of smugness and hypocrisy. So, I'm going to put my memory bag on, play around with a few teases, and eve tease boys as they dodge their love-interests while meeting up with their best friend ME. :p
it's going to be a different diwali. Without a special cousin, a sibling who cried on his way to the airport, and an estranged brother. Life's a lil twisted. Actually a lot twisted. But amid all this, the firecrackers, the fine swiss chocolates bursting in your mouth as you erode the almonds, generously added, and watch your mother spin around like a child and delight yourself, as you clap and watch that dream melt in sweet nothingness of gurgling laughter.
Here's wishing everyone of you, a very Happy Diwali! Go ahead, enjoy this long vacation!
